I'm a product designer with 6+ years of experience simplifying complex B2B SaaS, POS, enterprise and mobile products.

My best work often begins with a messy workflow: several user roles, dense information, exceptions and competing business requirements. I turn that complexity into clear flows, tested interactions, polished interfaces and reusable patterns that engineers can build confidently.

Restaurant ordering and payments, enterprise risk dashboards, property-maintenance software and mobile services have all been part of that. My process covers user interviews, information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, accessibility, developer handoff and implementation reviews.

A computer science background helps me work closely with engineering, while my MBA strengthens how I connect user needs with product and business priorities. AI-assisted and coded prototypes come in when they help test behaviour, uncover edge cases or make implementation discussions more concrete.
